Cookie Notice

1. What this notice covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage and session storage work in a similar way. We use them for what our sites need to work and, only if you accept, for analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. How we handle personal data in general is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Necessary cookies and storage

These are strictly necessary for the website or the application to work, so under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not need your consent:

• ps_locale (website and application): remembers your language; 1 year.

• generaltranslation.locale and generaltranslation.enable-i18n (website and application): used by our translation library to show pages in your language; deleted when you close the browser.

• better-auth.session_token (application): keeps you signed in; 7 days, renewed while you use the application and deleted when you sign out. On secure connections its name starts with __Secure-, as do the two below.

• better-auth.session_data (application): a short-lived copy of your session that makes pages load faster; 5 minutes.

• better-auth.state (application): protects Google sign-in against forgery; 5 minutes, only while you sign in.

• ps_umami_consent (website, local storage): remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject; kept until you change it or clear your browser data.

• ps:intro-seen (website, session storage): remembers that you have seen the opening animation; deleted when you close the tab.

• theme, ps:studio:split-panes:v1 and ps:studio:collapsed-panes:v1 (application, local storage): your theme and panel layout; kept until you change them or clear your browser data.

3. Optional analytics

Only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner, the website uses Umami, which runs on our own infrastructure and does not send data to Umami Cloud, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page speed. They show us which pages are useful and how fast the site loads. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

If you accept, we also store ps_visitor, a random identifier, for 12 months on propositionstudio.com and its subdomains. It lets us recognise returning visits and, if you later use Request Access or sign in, link your earlier visits to that request or account.

Nothing optional loads before you choose, and choosing Reject does not limit the website. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the website footer. Accept takes effect immediately. Reject or a later withdrawal stops analytics at once and deletes ps_visitor.

4. Data sent with analytics and counted without consent

If you accept, analytics may send:

• the page you view, limited to our fixed public pages;

• utm_source and utm_medium campaign tags with known values;

• the address of the site that sent you, only for LinkedIn, Instagram and Google;

• your screen size and browser language;

• page loading and performance timings;

• engagement events, such as staying on a page for 30 seconds or submitting Request Access;

• your IP address and browser user agent, which Umami and Cloudflare receive with each request and use only to derive country or region and browser type;

• the random ps_visitor identifier.

Analytics never sends your email address, account identifiers, form contents, page titles, prompts or images.

Without consent, our server records each page view in aggregate, without a cookie or persistent identifier. It counts views of the application's sign-in and sign-up pages the same way, whatever you choose. For this our self-hosted Umami receives the page address, campaign tags, the domain of the site that sent you, your browser language, your IP address and your browser's user agent. Umami uses them only to count visits and to derive your country or region and browser type. This relies on our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object by writing to hello@propositionstudio.com.

5. Payment pages

When purchases are available and you go to checkout, you move to a payment page hosted by Stripe and Sold through Link, LLC. They may use their own cookies there for payment, fraud prevention and security under their own notices. Our website itself does not load payment technologies.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can view and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings or block cookies for our sites. Without necessary cookies you may not be able to sign in, and deleting them signs you out or resets your language and layout. Deleting cookies does not delete data already sent to us or stored in your account; the Privacy Policy explains how to ask for that.

7. Changes

We update this Notice when we add, remove or change a cookie or analytics tool. Each version shows its date.
