Proposition Studio
Cookie Notice
This Notice describes cookies and similar storage used by the public marketing site and authenticated application, including the shared locale cookie, app session cookies and self-hosted public-site analytics.
1. Two technical surfaces
propositionstudio.com is the public marketing website. app.propositionstudio.com is the authenticated product. They use different technologies and should not be treated as one identical cookie surface.
This Notice covers cookies, local storage and similar access to information on a device. The Privacy Policy explains related personal-data processing.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
The app uses Better Auth session and security cookies to sign users in, maintain account state, protect requests and support authentication. Blocking them can prevent sign-in and use of the app.
Cloudflare and our application may use request, routing, rate-limit and security information needed to deliver and protect the sites. These technologies may be set or processed at network level and can vary with security conditions.
4. Public-site analytics
The public marketing site loads a self-hosted Umami tracker from u.propositionstudio.com only on the production apex. The authenticated app does not load this marketing tracker.
The implementation limits public analytics to page path, approved UTM parameters, referrer without query details, hostname, page title, language, screen or device information, approximate region, performance metrics and typed events for visible engagement and an accepted Request Access or pilot-interest submission. Email, account identity, product prompts, images and workspace data must not be sent through this tracker.
The analytics implementation is intended to operate without advertising profiles or cross-site marketing pixels. Network metadata such as IP address may still be processed by the host to receive and secure a request.
5. Request Access and pilot-interest form and storage
Submitting the access-request form sends the entered fields, locale, form placement, referrer host and permitted UTM values to our database. This is server-side form processing, not a cookie, but it is described here because it can be associated with acquisition information.
6. Payment technologies
If a paid checkout is introduced, the selected payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies for payment, fraud prevention and security. The actual provider and link to its information will be shown when that flow is live; this Notice does not claim that a provider is active before the runtime uses it.
7. Choices
Browser controls can delete or block cookies, but blocking necessary app cookies can prevent sign-in, security checks or other requested functions. You can clear the locale cookie to remove the saved language choice.
If we introduce non-essential advertising, replay, heatmap or similar technologies for which prior consent is required, they will not be loaded before the required choice and this Notice will be updated.
8. Contact and changes
Questions about device technologies or public analytics may be sent to hello@propositionstudio.com.
We update this Notice after material technology changes and identify the new version and effective date. The live technical configuration controls whether a technology is actually active.
